This brownfield development required surveying and civil engineering consultancy services for a 4 lot integrated subdivision development.

SCOPE

Preliminary concept work with architect.
Stormwater flood risk assessment.
Resource Consent and Engineering Plan Approval (EPA) design, wastewater and stormwater network design, stormwater neutrality design, water supply and earthworks.
Construction observation of works through to completion.
Prepare and carry out Land Transfer Survey. Pre-calculation of boundaries, field survey, pegging of new boundaries. Prepare and lodge Land Transfer with LINZ.
Compliance documentation. Prepare and apply for s223 certificate with Council. Compile documents and lodge for CoA, EACC and 224c compliance application.
