At McKenzie & Co., our young professionals, whether they be engineers, GIS analysts or surveyors, who snap at the heels of our senior staff.
They keep us connected to emerging fields and technologies, buoyed with their enthusiasm and in our case, always in good humour. We’re very fortunate to have this young talent on board and to benefit from it.
This week we established a brand team who would exemplify our brand, vision and values.

We naturally gravitated towards our emerging talent, asking three of our young professionals to be the founding members of our brand team.
Introducing the first intake of brand representatives. Civil Design Engineer, Sarah Kelly, Graduate Civil Engineer, Daisy Zhu and Civil Engineer, Don Wu. These role models are shining examples of what the future of civil engineering in New Zealand will look like.
And we’re pretty proud to call them ours.
