SKILLS REQUIRED

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in land development and subdivision design

• Minimum of 6 years land development experience required
• Suitable tertiary qualification, e.g., BEng or BSurv
• CPEng or RPSurv qualification beneficial but not essential
• 12D and AutoCAD experience preferable
• Strong understanding and experience using NZS 3910:2023
• Capable technical report writer and presenter
• Very strong people management skills and experience
• Comfortable with both flexibility and structure
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Very strong relationship and interpersonal skills
• Genuine “Can Do” attitude.

• Civil Engineering, playing a pivotal role in informing the Senior Leadership Team 
• Overseeing the successful execution of contracts with excellent communication to ensure transparency for all stakeholders 

What we're looking for: 

• Minimum of 7-8 years land development experience required
• Suitable tertiary qualification, e.g., BEng or BSurv

What You'll Do:

• Design and prepare civil engineering drawings with top-notch quality.
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external consultants.
• Manage project elements and coordinate with contractors.
• Handle schedules, contracts, resource consents, and liaise with local councils.
• Champion our Quality Management and Health & Safety policies.
• Assist with technical development and comply with admin requirements.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor of Engineering or NZCE (registration optional).
• 5-7 years of civil engineering experience, especially in land development and subdivision design.
• Strong skills in 12d, Civil 3D, and BricsCAD.
• Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, proactive, and a great communicator.
• A genuine 'can do' attitude.
